Ready-Made Items
We accept returns for ready-made items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 weeks.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these items are made specifically to your requirements.
